Brewer's Game Day

We kicked off the Brewer's post-season appearance in the play-offs — THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1982 — with a Traditional Baseball Game-style luncheon, preceded with the Klement's Sausage Parade. Todd appears appropriately surprised!!

Enjoy the photos and video captured by Tammy :-)
Thanks to all for the participation!

Packer VS. Vikings

DRIVING COUNTRY
A Packers fan was driving down a country road when he came upon Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings football players hitchiking on the edge of the road. He told the players to jump in the back of his pick-up truck. He then drove down the dirt road rather fast and lost control of the truck as they were going around a curve, sending the truck into a lake.

The Packers fan scrambled to the surface and swam to the bank. When he looked back at the lake, the three football players were still sitting in the bed of the truck looking frantic. As the truck began sinking the Packers fan yelled for the Lions, Bears and Vikings players to get out truck.

To which they replied, "We're tryin' to get out, but we can't get the dang tailgate open!"

SHOPPING AROUND
A man walks into a store and says, "I would like a purple hat, purple pants, a yellow sweater, and some white shoes."

The clerk says, "Are you a Vikings fan?"

"Yes," replies the man, "How did you guess, by the color combination?"

"No," answers the clerk, "because this is a hardware store."

PACKERS VS. VIKINGS
Three Packer fans and three Viking fans are traveling by train to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. At the station, the three Viking fans each buy tickets and watch as the three Packer fans buy only a single ticket between them. “How are three people going to travel on only one ticket?” asks a Viking fan. “Watch and you’ll see,” answers a Packer fan.

They all board the train. The Viking fans take their respective seats but all three Packer fans cram into a restroom and close the door behind them. Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets. He knocks on the restroom door and says, “Ticket, please.” The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The conductor takes it and moves on.

The Viking fans saw this and agreed it was quite a clever idea. After visiting the Hall of Fame, the Viking fans decide to copy the Packer fans (as they always do) on the return trip and save some money (not wanting to be outdone by a bunch of cheeseheads).

When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip. To their astonishment, the Packer fans don’t buy a ticket at all. “How are you going to travel without a ticket?” asks one perplexed Viking fan. “Watch and you’ll see,”answers a Packer fan.

When they board the train the three Viking fans cram into a restroom and the three Packer fans cram into another one nearby. The train departs. Shortly afterward, one of the Packer fans leaves his restroom and walks over to the restroom where the Viking fans are hiding. He knocks on the door and says, “Ticket, please…”
