SURPRISE ENTERTAINMENT JUNE 20TH...

A HINT OF WHAT IT IS NOT.

Have you heard the the buzz about the surprise entertainment? We have! To entice you, we’ve decided to NOT give you a hint of what it is, but what it is NOT. Look for what it is NOT each business day until the event.

DAY 4:
It is NOT ALAN J strolling the catwalk purrfectly in his high heels (all in the name of charity, of course)!

DAY 5:
It is NOT SAM and NATE doing a one-act Star Wars play (light sabers a must)!

DAY 6:
It is NOT JOHN G and TOM L in another masterful performance in their newest play!

DAY 7:

It is NOT JOLENE doing an agility demonstration with one of her border collies!

DAY 8:

It is NOT ER bringing in the Wisconsin BADGERS MARCHING BAND!

Day 9:
It is not Chip Ryan, a.k.a. “Elvis,” performing "Love me Tender"!

Day 10:
It is not the entire ELT singing karaoke tracks of High School Musical.

JUNE 20TH, 2008 SUMMER OUTING

Directions will be sponsoring our very own version of the 2008 Summer Games. And, unlike our Chinese rivals, our games are guaranteed to be lead-free!

Also, there’s no need for protests, boycotts or attempts to douse the official torch. For one thing, we don’t have a torch. For another, Directions Inc. has had a long-standing hands off Tibet policy. So there’s no reason for not participating in The Games.

Tired of climbing the corporate “ladder ball”? Discovered your croquet skills have “croqued”? Haven’t thrown a beanbag since you tried to hit a painted clown’s mouth at your 5th birthday party? Sworn off bocce ball since you dropped one on your foot?

Not to worry. We have an important task for you at “The Games” — Enthusiastic Spectator.

Laugh, cheer, mock, enjoy! It’s a vital role. Think about it. Without spectators, there would be no need for Lambeau Field, Miller Park, or the Roman Coliseum. So help us make these “Summer Games” a roaring success by, what else, ROARING!

But, if you'd like to test your skills and represent your team, sign up in the lounge by FRIDAY JUNE 6 to play games.
Do you like to tell others what to do? Sign up to judge.
If you just want to relax, please sign up for your food choice and cheer on your favorite team.

Sign up by FRIDAY JUNE 6 to participate in the annual DI summer outing.

P.S.
We also have backup plans for “indoor” games should the weather make it preferable to be inside.
